Here’s who won on America’s Got Talent this year.

WARNING: AMERICA’S GOT TALENT SPOILERS AHEAD! DO NOT READ AHEAD UNLESS YOU ARE READY TO HEAR ABOUT THE WINNER!

Ready?

OK.

What a season it was on America’s Got Talent in 2024, with so many amazing acts to see this summer and fall that wowed us.

But there was one man who stood above all the rest: Richard Goodall, the singing middle school janitor from Indiana who sang Don’t Stop Believin’ for his audition and never stopped being incredible.

And he’s your winner this year. What a story!

Here’s him singing the Journey song with members of Journey before the win:

Simon Cowell made America’s Got Talent history with 2 Golden Buzzers for a pair of astounding acts

These two acts were AMAZING!

We know Simon Cowell can be cantankerous no matter what show he’s judging.

But on Tuesday’s America’s Got Talent, he was more than happy to slam the Golden Buzzer button not once, but twice, marking the first time that’s happened in the show’s history.

The first was for Liv Warfield, a singer who blew away everyone, including Cowell. She’s performed with some big names on stage in the past, but she’s still trying to make it, and given what we saw, she’s DEFINITELY got the talent.

Then, there was Sky Elements, an act from Dallas that does an amazing drone performance. And while we’ve seen drone performances a lot in recent years, this is one you HAVE to see:

Both deserved Golden Buzzers, FOR SURE.

A singing janitor from Indiana got an America’s Got Talent Golden Buzzer with his unbelievable voice

This was absolutely incredible.

This is what America’s Got Talent is all about.

On Tuesday’s premiere episode of the 19th season, Richard Goodall stole the show. The middle school janitor from Indiana stepped up to the mic and told the judges he was going to sing.

Then, in the original key of the song (which is wild because Steve Perry’s voice is extremely high!), he performed Journey’s Don’t Stop Believin’ and nailed EVERY. SINGLE. NOTE.

It’s incredible. And sure enough, he got himself a Golden Buzzer courtesy of Heidi Klum, which means we’ll see more of him. And that’s a really good thing.

Watch this. It’s amazing:
