Michigan State has been hot on the recruiting trail in the month of June and show no signs of slowing down anytime soon. 2023 three-star running back Allen Mitchell took a visit to MSU and said he “had an amazing time”.
Mitchell, who stands at 5-foot-10 and 170-pounds, attends DeSmet in his hometown of St. Louis, Missouri. Mitchell is the No. 26 running back and No. 13 player in the state of Missouri for the recruiting class of 2023.
Mitchell was offered a scholarship by MSU earlier this month. He spent the day with running backs coach William Peagler and seemed very excited after the visit he had in East Lansing.
Mitchell has been offered by other schools including Illinois, Kansas, Kansas State, Kentucky and Minnesota.
The Spartans are showing their interest early with Mitchell as they face stiff competition from other power five programs.
