The long-anticipated fight between lightweight contenders Ryan Garcia and Luke Campbell was recently finalized. It will happen on Dec. 5.

Garcia is one of the hottest young fighters in the world, having stopped his last two opponents in the first round. However, he hasn’t faced an opponent of Campbell’s caliber.

Campbell, a 2012 Olympic gold medalist, lost decisions to Jorge Linares and Vasiliy Lomachenko but acquitted himself well in both fights and has won consistently otherwise. He’s a good boxer.

Garcia is one of the hottest young fighters in the world, having stopped his last two opponents in the first round. However, he hasn’t faced an opponent of Campbell’s caliber.
