The Cincinnati Bengals had a pair of special visitors at training camp on Sunday.

Former Bengals cornerback Adam Jones showed up to Paul Brown Stadium with Chris Henry Jr., who already has an offer from Ohio State as a freshman in high school.

Jones was there to shoot some footage for his “I Am Athlete” podcast and took the time to stress what the team and president Mike Brown still mean to him.

“Mike Brown saved my life. I owe him forever and forever,” Jones said, according to Geoff Hobson of Bengals.com. “I love Mike Brown. Mr. Brown and I have a relationship that is a little different than anybody else’s. The first thing he asked me is, ‘How is Trin?’ He still calls her the Miracle Baby.”

But the real star of the show was Henry, who Jones adopted and continues to help with his college visits:

On an otherwise uneventful day at training camp, the special guests — which also included Chad Johnson and Mike Zimmer — added some intrigue to the situation.

Adam ‘Pacman’ Jones helping Chris Henry Jr. on college visits

Former Cincinnati Bengals cornerback Adam “Pacman” Jones has played a key role in the life of Chris Henry Jr. since adopting him and taking him into his family.

Herny, the son of former Bengals wideout Chris Henry, already has a scholarship offer from Ohio State. He’s 14 and won’t graduate until 2026, but the offer is surely one of many.

The Ringer’s Kevin Clark recently shared an image of Pacman going on college visits with Henry.

“I don’t let it get to my head,” Henry said, according to Eleven Warriors’ Griffin Strom. “I just stay humble, but I’m very thankful and blessed to receive the offer. … It was a surprise, but I think I earned it because I worked for it. It just makes me want to get better.”

Rest assured this isn’t the last we’ll be hearing about Henry’s climb in the football world as he follows in his father’s footsteps, with an assist from Jones.

Adam ‘Pacman’ Jones claims Bengals will sign Bucs’ Ryan Jensen in free agency

Does Pacman know what the Bengals want to do in free agency?

[mm-video type=video id=01fvt4pxhan3jty9nm7e playlist_id=none player_id=none image=https://images2.minutemediacdn.com/image/upload/video/thumbnail/mmplus/01fvt4pxhan3jty9nm7e/01fvt4pxhan3jty9nm7e-a22df79a2f128452f7d9e08c49fe4c81.jpg]

Does Adam “Pacman” Jones know something about the Cincinnati Bengals that everyone else doesn’t?

That’s the vibe coming out of a recent podcast appearance from the former Bengals cornerback.

Appearing on the “Bleav in Bengals” podcast with Solomon Wilcots, Jones said the Bengals will sign Tampa Bay Buccaneers center Ryan Jensen in free agency:

“I got some great news for you. A little birdie said that we [the Bengals] gonna sign Ryan Jensen to a three-year deal for $39 million, which would be a starting center. I hope it goes through. It sound like the little birdie is saying it’s almost a done deal.”

This isn’t the first time Jensen has been mentioned with the Bengals over the last week. Coincidentally enough, that mention came from Pro Football Focus, which predicted the Bengals would sign Jensen to a three-year deal worth $39 million.

So…either Pacman and PFF have similar sources, Pacman’s mixing some things up or…who knows? The fact he and PFF predicted the same exact contract would suggest he’s referencing that, and he hasn’t been known to break Bengals news in the past, but it’s worth pointing out.

Either way, teams aren’t allowed to talk with free agents until the legal tampering window opens on March 14.

And as an aside, Jensen would make sense as a free-agent target for a Bengals team that has said it will do whatever it takes to fix Joe Burrow’s offensive line, including looking at trades.

Adam ‘Pacman’ Jones says Steelers fans need to stay away from Bengals bandwagon

No love from Pacman for Steelers fans hopping on the Bengals bandwagon.

[mm-video type=video id=01fth2cke2cntx69576f playlist_id=none player_id=none image=https://images2.minutemediacdn.com/image/upload/video/thumbnail/mmplus/01fth2cke2cntx69576f/01fth2cke2cntx69576f-72d49600a96b79e1b7978b40d59444b3.jpg]

The Cincinnati Bengals have one of the biggest bandwagons in recent memory right now as they head for Super Bowl LVI against the Los Angeles Rams, which has even included some Pittsburgh Steelers fans hopping aboard.

But former Bengals cornerback Adam “Pacman” Jones says Steelers fans aren’t welcome.

“We don’t want none of the Pittsburgh fans jumping on the bandwagon,” Jones told 93.7 The Fan’s Andrew Fillipponi and Dorin Dickerson.

Fair enough. Jones was also asked about the state of the AFC North:

“They just got rid of Big Ben. Only people on our radar right now truthfully is the Ravens because they on and off, they defense needs to be a little better and keep the quarterback healthy through the playoffs, that’s the only thing about it, [Lamar Jackson] hasn’t been healthy through the playoffs.”

A funny note: Jones also said he hopes the Browns sign Baker Mayfield for five more years.

Anyway, this isn’t much of a shocker coming from Pacman given his prior scraps with the Steelers. A large portion of the Bengals fans base undoubtedly agrees with him, too.

Still, while Steelers fans have had plenty of successes to celebrate over the years, it’s not hard to see why some might tip the cap to these Bengals given their fun personalities like Joe Burrow and the desire to see a long-suffering, loyal fanbase finally see some success.

Either way, rest assured everyone will be back to Pacman’s line of thinking for the two AFC North showdowns between the Bengals and Steelers next year.

Former NFL DB Adam Jones finds himself in trouble with the law in Ohio

Ex-NFL DB Adam Jones finds himself in trouble with the law for what seems like the umpteenth time.

Police charged Jones with misdemeanor assault Monday morning. He allegedly punched and kicked” an employee at the establishment, “causing the bouncer to lose consciousness.”

Jones was booked at 1:54 AM ET in Hamilton County, Ohio … with court records revealing the 37-year-old was formally charged with one count of misdemeanor assault, per multiple reports.

Among other incidents, Jones missed the entire 2007 season after a shooting incident in Las Vegas and was arrested in 2017 for allegedly “pushing and poking (a security guard) in the eye” outside a hotel in Cincinnati.

Before his retirement, he was busted for allegedly threatening cops after he was accused of cheating at an Indiana casino. He spent about two weeks in jail on the charges. He also hit headlines in 2018 for a wild caught-on-camera brawl with an airline employee.

Jones play with the Bengals, Titans, Cowboys, and Broncos  over a 12-year career.

Ex-Titans CB Adam ‘Pacman’ Jones arrested, charged with misdemeanor

Jones has been charged with misdemeanor assault.

Former Tennessee Titans cornerback and 2005 No. 6 overall draft pick, Adam “Pacman” Jones, has been arrested and charged with a misdemeanor, court documents show.

The documents, which were obtained by WCPO in Cincinnati, reveal that Jones was arrested on Monday morning in Ohio after he allegedly “punched and kicked a person in the head until the person was unconscious.”

Jones played in two seasons for the Titans but off-the-field issues quickly derailed his career in Nashville.

After being suspended for the 2007 season following multiple arrests, Jones was traded by the Titans to the Dallas Cowboys in 2008. Following one season there, Jones didn’t play at all in 2009.

In 2010, he signed with the Cincinnati Bengals, where he spent the next eight seasons and revived his career, earning one First-Team All-Pro and one Pro Bowl nod apiece in that span.

Jones last played in the NFL in 2018 for the Denver Broncos but was released after seven games. He officially retired from the NFL in 2019.

Adam ‘Pacman’ Jones now suspects former Steeler Joey Porter shipped the Joe Haden jerseys

Former Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Joey Porter has now been accused of being behind the shipment of autographed Joe Haden jerseys.

On Wednesday, former Bengal cornerback Adam “Pacman” Jones received a box of autographed jerseys of Steelers cornerback Joe Haden.

“I’m gonna show you how gangsta I am,” Jones said, before pouring gas on the Haden jerseys. He used a lighter to set them ablaze while nearly burning himself. Jones proceeded to go on a profanity-laced tirade.

From the beginning, Haden has denied any involvement in sending Pacman the jerseys.

Since then, Jones and Haden have talked and cleared the air.

“Joe DMed me. Me and him cool,” said Jones in an interview with TMZ.

“I don’t think Joe sent them after I talked to Joe — so, I don’t have no problem with Joe,” Pacman says.

“But, I do think somebody over there in that ballpark or whatever they doing over there, Sh*ttsburgh, that somebody from over there sent them,” Jones speculated. “I wouldn’t even be surprised if Joey Porter sent them.”

Porter was fired by the Steelers in 2019. He had been coaching linebackers in Pittsburgh since 2015.

The hatred between the former rivals goes back years, but their most recent encounter resulted in the Bengals handing the Steelers a playoff win in 2016.
