Shortly after the Los Angeles Rams’ season ended, defensive line coach Eric Henderson was hired as USC’s co-defensive coordinator. It was the first of many coaching departures already this offseason, and the Rams are beginning to sort through candidates for that position.
According to CBS Sports, the Rams interviewed assistant defensive line coach AC Carter for the defensive line coaching position previously held by Henderson.
Carter just wrapped up his first season with the Rams after being a defensive quality control coach for the Broncos in 2022. Previously, he coached at Kansas, Hampton and Eastern Illinois.
