Film Analysis: Carter is a talented kid that is just scratching the surface of how talented he can be. He is a good route runner with great hands and speed to burn.

[autotag]Denarius Gray[/autotag] is a 6-foot-1, 170-pound wide receiver from Boynton Beach, Florida, where he plays for Somerset Canyons High School.

The Somerset Canyons Cougars finished the 2022 season 5-5 and failed to make the playoffs.

Film Analysis: Gray had 56 receptions for 752 yards and 14 receiving touchdowns as a freshman. He is an excellent route runner that does a great job of creating separation at the line of scrimmage and high pointing passes. He will be one to watch in the future.

Tyler Atkinson is just a 2026 prospect, but he impressed playing as a freshman.

[autotag]Tyler Atkinson[/autotag] is a 6-foot-3, 190-pound EDGE rusher from the class of 2026. He is from Loganville, Georgia, where he plays for Grayson High School. The Grayson Rams finished the 2022 season 10-3 with a loss to Milton in the third round of the Georgia 7A state playoffs.

Atkinson currently has no Crystal Ball projections, but Georgia is a 33% favorite to land him per On3.

Film Analysis: Atkinson is just going to be a sophomore in high school next season but he is already compiling a long list of college offers. He shows why with his speed and power off the edge. He exhibits traits as a freshman that some players don’t have as seniors.

On3 lists Heze Kent as an edge, but he also seemingly gets quite a few reps at tight end.

[autotag]Heze Kent[/autotag] is a 6-foot-6, 245-pound EDGE rusher from the class of 2026. He is from Brunswick, Georgia where he plays for Brunswick High School. The Brunswick Pirates finished the 2022 season 10-1 with an overtime loss to Houston County in the first round of the GHSA 6A playoffs.

There are currently no Crystal Ball projections for Kent and there are no favorites per On3.

Film Analysis: Kent is listed as an EDGE by On3, but all of the clips from his highlight film are from him as a tight end. He shows off his athleticism by making good catches and being tough to tackle. We’ll see how his recruitment develops.

Zechariah Fort started as a freshman at IMG Academy, one of the nation’s top high school teams.

[autotag]Zechariah Fort[/autotag] is a 5-foot-10, 170-pound cornerback from the class of 2026. He is from Bradenton, Florida, where he plays for IMG Academy, one of the country’s most well-renowned high school football teams.

Every year some of the best athletes in the country choose to go to IMG and train under former NFL players and coaches. IMG Academy finished the 2022 season 8-1 with their only loss coming from the Central Rockets in Miami.

Film Analysis: Playing for IMG Academy as a freshman is a big feat. Fort is a talented corner that does a great job of diagnosing plays and making open-field tackles.

LSU offers 2026 defensive lineman from the Boot

The Tigers have offered another 2026 prospect from Edna Karr High School in Richard Anderson.

[autotag]Richard Anderson[/autotag] is a 6-foot-4, 280-pound defensive lineman from the class of 2026. He is from New Orleans, where he plays for Edna Karr High School. The Edna Karr Cougars finished the 2022 season 7-4 with a loss to Catholic-B.R. in the second round of the playoffs.

With Edna Karr in LSU’s backyard, [autotag]Brian Kelly[/autotag] and his staff have been able to watch them play a few times this year and they have found a couple of freshmen standouts that they’ve offered. The Tigers are slim on the defensive line so Kelly has been attacking that area of need in the next few recruiting classes.

[autotag]Brian Kelly[/autotag] has placed emphasis on keeping the best players in the boot and Hall looks like he could be one.

Film Analysis: Hall is a star safety for Edna Karr with elite ball skills and coverage ability. He’s not afraid to come up in the run game and destroy a running back. He has time to grow into his frame and help polish his game before he gets close to making a college decision.
