Texas A&M flips 2025 3-star QB out of Montgomery (TX) from Tulsa

Texas A&M has landed a commitment from former Tulsa commit, 2025 3-star quarterback Eli Morcos

Texas A&M has landed its second quarterback commit in the 2025 recruiting class with Early Signing Day just a day away, as three-star QB Eli Morcos has flipped his commitment from Tulsa to the Aggies on Tuesday afternoon.

Morcos joins five-star offensive tackle Lamont Rogers, who was previously committed to Missouri, to announce their new destination ahead of Wednesday. Morcos joins 4-star quarterback Brady Hart, who flipped from Missouri early last week.

According to those who have seen him play live, including TexAgs analyst Ryan Brauninger, Morcos has performed as one of the top signal callers during his senior season among every top-ranked QB prospect in Texas:

“Eli Morcos has some of the best senior quarterback tape among quarterbacks in Texas.”

“He also has combine style measurements that would land him among the top signal callers in the state.”

Standing at 6-2 and 200 pounds, Morcos may not be listed as a true dual-threat quarterback, but his tape begs to differ. Morcos finished his 2025 season with 15 touchdowns and six interceptions for 2,144 yards through the air.

On the ground, Morcos averaged 5.2 yards per carry, producing 471 rushing yards, and six touchdowns.

According to 247Sports, Morcos is currently positioned as the 94th-ranked quarterback and the 260th-ranked prospect in Texas.
