The Buffalo Bills, led by coach Sean McDermott since 2017, ended the 2024 season 11-6 and atop the AFC East. The Bills ended 6th in points scored and 4th in fewest points allowed. It was a strong season with numerous blowout wins. The Bills beat the Pittsburgh Steelers in the Wild Card round and then lost to the Kansas City Chiefs in the divisional round.

Buffalo has been to the playoffs in 5 straight seasons, but has yet to have a Super Bowl appearance under QB Josh Allen. In the offseason, the Bills traded star WR Stefon Diggs and added both WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling and WR Chase Claypool. Buffalo didn’t have a 1st-round pick, but selected WR Keon Coleman with the 1st pick of the 2nd round.

Below, we look at the Buffalo Bills’ 2024 NFL Super Bowl odds from FanDuel Sportsbook along with projected win total, playoff, conference and division odds as we make our best NFL picks and predictions.

Bills over/under win total

Odds provided by FanDuel Sportsbook – last updated May 19 at 10:43 p.m. ET; access USA TODAY Sports Scores and Sports Betting Odds hub for a full list.

  • 10.5 wins: (Over: +112 | Under: -138)

The Bills have topped this win total in 4 straight seasons. They started their 4-year division win streak in 2020, winning 13 games, and they have won 11, 13 and 11 in respective years since.

McDermott and Allen’s offense toward the end of the season started to heat up, beating the Chiefs, Los Angeles Chargers and Miami Dolphins on the road. While Diggs loss might sting, he was used seldom at the end of last season. Extending tackle Dion Dawkins was a great move that should help Allen as well.

The Bills have proven they can figure it out and have been among the best teams in the NFL. While they have a tough schedule, they should be able to top the win total as they’ve gone Over 10.5 wins for 4 straight seasons and are still led by the same dynamic quarterback-head coach duo.

Take OVER 10.5 (+112).

Bills Super Bowl odds

  • +1300 (bet $100 to win $1,300)

Buffalo is tied with the 4th-shortest odds to win it all. The San Francisco 49ers (+550) are the favorites, followed by the Kansas City Chiefs (+600). The Carolina Panthers have the longest odds at +30000.

At +1300, Buffalo has an implied probability of winning the Super Bowl of 7.1% or 13/1 fractional odds.

Backing the BILLS (+1300) to win the Super Bowl for a 13-1 payoff is worth a small wager. This could be the year they figure it out.

Will Bills make the playoffs?

  • Yes -168 | No +136

The Bills, unless something happens to Allen, should have a strong, healthy roster with a solid defensive core. Players like LB Matt Milano should be impactful and healthy at the start of the season.

Buffalo has ample talent defensively and has a fast-paced, high-scoring offense. It will be tough to beat. Despite playing a tough division, it should make the playoffs, but at -168, it is too expensive to take here.

Neither option has much value.

Odds to win AFC East Division

  • Bills +160 (bet $100 to win $160)
  • Dolphins +185 (bet $100 to win $185)
  • Jets +210 (bet $100 to win $210)
  • Patriots +2400 (bet $100 to win $2,400)

Buffalo’s implied probability of winning the AFC East is 38.5% or 1.6/1 fractional odds. The Dolphins and Jets are both threats here, and there’s no real value in taking Buffalo to win its division at these odds. The win total is preferred to the division odds.

Bills odds to win AFC

  • +700 (bet $100 to win $700)

The Bills have traded off going for 13 wins and 11 wins over the last 4 seasons, and they are set to bounce back in 2024. Joe Brady is ushering in a new offensive scheme, and with a full offseason to work on it with Allen, the team could thrive as it did to end last season.

The defense, which was extremely banged up down the stretch, should get much better as they get healthy again. While the Jets and Dolphins pose threats and will take up 4 of their 17 games, the Bills have the talent on both sides to compete with any team.

Given the value here, BET BILLS TO WIN THE AFC (+700).
