2023 PGA Championship final-round odds, golfers to watch

Brooks Koepka, who opened at +2000 to win, is at 6-under-par 204 and takes a 1-stroke lead into Sunday’s final round at Oak Hill Country Club (7,394 yards, par 70). Koepka is No. 75 in the Golfweek/Sagarin rankings.

Pre-tournament co-favorites Jon Rahm and Scottie Scheffler (+750 before the opening round) are both still around. Rahm is tied for 42nd place at 6-over while Scheffler is tied for 5th at 2-under.

Defending champion Justin Thomas, who beat Will Zalatoris in a playoff after they finished at 5-under 275, is tied for 67th place at 10-over after shooting 72-73-75. He opened at +2200 to win.

The 33-year-old pro, who plays on the LIV Golf Tour, shot his 2nd consecutive 4-under 66 after an opening 72 and leads by 1 shot at 6-under. Koepka has won 4 majors. including back-to-back PGA Championships in 2018 and 2019.

Viktor Hovland (+333)

The 25-year-old pro from Norway, who opened at +3000 to win, shot an even par 70 Saturday to go with a 68-67 start and will try for his 4th career title and 1st major. He’ s the No. 11 player in Golfweek’s rankings.

Before the final group tees off at 2:30 p.m. ET, (10-1  p.m. ET ESPN; 1-7 PM ET CBS) here are the 5 other players under par as they try to chase down Koepka.

Corey Conners (+500): Golfweek’s No. 30 player starts tied for 2nd, 1 shot back at 5-under after rounds of 67-68-70. He opened at +8000.

Bryson DeChambeau (+1200): Golfweek’s 203rd-ranked player starts in 4th place, 3 shots back at 3-under after rounds of 66-71-70. He opened at +9000.

Justin Rose (+2500): He starts tied for 5th place, 4 shots back at 2-under after rounds of 69-70-69. Golfweek’s No. 24 player opened at +10000

Scottie Scheffler (+850): Golfweek’s No. 3 player starts tied for 5th at 2-under after rounds of 67-68-73. He opened as the co-favorite at +750.

Rory McIlroy (+2000): He starts in 6th place, 5 shots back at 1-under after rounds of 71-69-69. Golfweek’s No. 6 player opened at +1200.
