On Monday morning, the Big Ten announced the kickoff times and television assignments for the conference’s Week 11 schedule, including Nebraska’s home matchup against the Big Ten East’s Maryland Terrapins.
The Cornhuskers and Terrapins will kick off at Memorial Stadium at 11:00 a.m. CT on November 11. The matchup will be televised exclusively on Peacock.
To watch the Huskers’ take on the Terrapins, viewers will have to subscribe to Peacock, which offers two different plans. Their premium plan is priced at $5.99 per month, and their Premium Plus plan is priced at $11.99 per month.
The Maryland Terrapins are 5-3 on the season, including 2-3 in conference play, as they enter a Week 10 matchup against Penn State this weekend. Mike Locklsey’s program started 5-0 this season but has lost three straight games, falling to Ohio State, Illinois, and Northwestern.
The Week 11 matchup between the Huskers and Terrapins will be just the third meeting between the two programs all time. The two sides previously met in 2016, a 28-7 win for the Cornhuskers in Lincoln. They also met in 2019, a dominant 54-7 win for the Huskers on the road in College Park.
Before the Cornhuskers turn their attention to Maryland, they will have to take care of business against the Michigan State Spartans this weekend in East Lansing. The Spartans, after starting 2-0 this season, have lost six straight, including a 27-12 loss to the Minnesota Golden Gophers this past weekend in Minneapolis.
