The four-day 2022 Honda Classic tees off Thursday at PGA National in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. Below, we’ll look for the best value prop bets in the 2022 Honda Classic odds, with placings and first-round leader picks and predictions.
It will be interesting to see whether the tournament will be overshadowed by one of the biggest stories ever to hit the golf world. We are, of course, talking about Phil Micklelson, who happened to finish T25 at last year’s Honda.
As has been well documented, the Champions Course at PGA National may not be long for Tour standards, at only 7,215 yards and playing to a par 70, it is known as one of the notoriously most difficult courses, especially if the wind picks up.
Sunday should once again provide high drama with the existence of a stretch of finishing holes referred to as the Bear Trap (15, 16, and 17).
While picking a winner on the PGA Tour is never easy, we do like some prop bets which can pay off big as well as a handful of top-10 and top-20 finishers.

Jones won the 2021 Honda Classic. His opening 61 a year ago was the best of any player at this event since 2007 and the 11th best on Tour since 2004. Jones’ 5-shot win tied the tournament’s largest margin of victory, matching Jack Nicklaus (1977) and Camilo Villegas (2010).
