When it comes to the Big Game commercials, comedy is king.
True, there have been exceptions throughout history. But much of the Super Bowl commercials’ stake in pop-culture memory is a humorous one that fans still remember (and rewatch) today—from frogs to Weiner dogs to a set of satin sheets and an overzealous boyfriend. And, of course, Betty White and a game of football.
They made us laugh…
