The Buffalo Bills, Kansas City Chiefs, Cincinnati Bengals, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Los Angeles Rams all won and covered the spread in their wild card games, leaving the San Francisco 49ers as the only underdog to advance. The Green Bay Packers and Tennessee Titans rejoin the fray in the Divisional Round after their opening-round byes.
