Like last week, the New England Patriots had a chance to crash the party for a more talented team in the Miami Dolphins at Gillette Stadium on Sunday. Instead, it ended in heartbreak and disappointment once again for New England.
For a second consecutive week, they blew an opportunity for a comeback victory late in the fourth quarter.
An attempted lateral pass to offensive guard Cole Strange was caught but ruled short of the sticks on a fourth down that ultimately ended the game for the Patriots. With the loss, the Patriots are now 0-2 on the season and dead last in the AFC East division.
