The Rams’ lack of depth has been an issue in the last month or so, becoming dangerously thin at several positions due to injury and roster moves. Their depth was really tested on Monday night against the Cardinals, being without five starters after they tested positive for COVID-19, as well as center Brian Allen.
But the Rams needed their other star players to step up, and that’s exactly what they did. They helped lift Los Angeles to a 30-23 win, keeping the team’s NFC West hopes alive by improving to 9-4 and sitting just one game back of the Cardinals.
