James Harden injury: Harden out indefinitely after setback

James Harden is out indefinitely after a setback in rehab.

With the playoffs looming, many Nets fans were counting the days until James Harden he was ruled out for a minimum of 10 days with a hamstring injury. His prolific scoring, his majestic stepback three, and of course his special ability to draw fouls is missed dearly and it shows.

Unfortunately for Harden, he’s set to miss an extended period of time after experiencing a setback in rehab. The Brooklyn Nets released a medical update on the Beard on Tuesday afternoon, and did not set a timeline for a reevaluation.

Steve Nash couldn’t help but to show frustration because of this setback: “We’re back to square one” he said. “It’s not much more to it other than disappointment.”

James Harden is a vital piece to what the Nets have going on this season. He also leads the league in assists, averaging 11 APG.
