Still, Ingram says that even after he puts up 25 or 30 points, when he looks at the film, he feels he could have had 40 or 42. He takes a look at drives and sometimes wishes he would have made the extra pass to a teammate on the wing to boost that player’s confidence. “Even that play with Kelly Oubre, I said, ‘If I quit on that play, then everybody else quits on that same play.’ Somebody else that wasn’t me could’ve blocked that ball,” Ingram said. “But for me to get back on defense, it’ll trickle down to other guys to get back on defense and not give up on plays.”
