After the team’s shoot around on Saturday, Steve Nash made sure to address the media on Kevin Durant’s return to the court. Nash said he was “not certain on Monday” in regards to Durant’s status, but noted that “there’s a good chance Kevin (Durant) can comeback this week.”
The Brooklyn Nets have won 20 of their last 23 games despite missing Durant for an extended period. It will be interesting to see how much this team can improve once the Nets star comes back.
The Nets will head to Chicago on Sunday, then return home for the second night of a back-to-back to host the New York Knicks. The Knicks game opens up a three-game homestand with games against the Pelicans and Lakers.
