As the Feb. 10 trade deadline in the NBA moves closer, the whispers of the Brooklyn Nets trading James Harden to the Philadelphia 76ers have grown louder as the teams are reportedly engaging on getting a deal done before the deadline.
Harden has been the object of Philadelphia’s affection throughout this entire process and as the Nets continue to struggle, there is a school of thought that Brooklyn will move him to Philadelphia at the deadline. The Nets have held him out of games recently due to hamstring tightness and the idea of him being traded sooner rather than later is becoming a real thing for everybody involved.
However, when one asks Nets coach Steve Nash about whether Harden will be moved, he has a simple answer: No.

Nash then added that he has talked to Harden personally and the two of them are on the same page in terms of wanting to make things work with Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving in Brooklyn.
Steve Nash: "I've talked to James (Harden). James wants to be here."

With the deadline being so close, these rumors and reports will continue to fly around, but nobody will truly know until it either happens or it hits 3:01 p.m. EST on Thursday.
