Steph Curry calls out Kenny Smith for thinking Damian Lillard has longer range

Before Damian Lillard was hitting shots with his feet on the half-court logo, there was Steph Curry showing off unreal range for the Golden State Warriors for years.

Remember that shot against the Oklahoma City Thunder in 2016? That thing was from — as Mike Breen said at the time — waaaaaay downtown.

It feels like Kenny Smith did. On Monday night’s NBA on TNT broadcast, while watching Lillard’s highlights in the Portland Trail Blazers Game 1 win over the Los Angeles Lakers, Smith said something aimed right at Curry: “I don’t think you could shoot as deep as him, Steph. I got to see it when you come back!”
