In today’s NFL, it isn’t enough to just be a great football player. Most top players also dedicate a significant amount of time and energy into endorsements to supplement their already bloated incomes. One player who is making some moves to help with their brand is Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster.

According to ESPN NFL reporter Jeremy Fowler, Smith-Schuster has filed a trademark for his catchphrase “It’s litty.” This opens the door up for merch and other avenues for Smith-Schuster to generate revenue.

Smith-Schuster has already dabbled in the sponsorship game pairing up his love for video games with his celebrity status as an NFL player. Smith-Schuster also has a marketing deal with Pizza Hut, the official pizza of the Steelers.
