The Steelers didn’t practice on Thursday but if they had, Joe Haden would have still been limited.

The Pittsburgh Steelers were supposed to be preparing for a football game on Thanksgiving day. But instead, head coach Mike Tomlin gave the team the day off to spend with their families and they will get back to work on Friday.

Pittsburgh put our a simulated practice report based on what would have happened if the team had practiced today. There are no changes on the report from Wednesday’s simulated practice report.

The biggest name to consider on here is cornerback Joe Haden who the team listed as limited for Thursday. Had the Steelers played the Baltimore Ravens today, this would not have been a good omen for Haden playing. Perhaps a couple of extra days for rest and rehab and the Steelers will get their best cornerback back to go against Baltimore on Sunday.

Thanks to gross negligence by the Ravens, the Steelers’ Thanksgiving showdown with the Ravens was pushed to Sunday. Baltimore is up past 12 positive COVID-19 tests and there could be more on the way.
