I’m sure if Amazon had the option, they would have tried to get as far away from the Pittsburgh Steelers vs New England Patriots this Thursday night. But since that isn’t an option, a matchup of two of the worst offenses in the NFL will grace your screen on Thursday night and even the oddsmakers know it’s going to be hard to watch.
The over/under for this week’s game is set at 30 as of right now. This means the smart people who make these sort of predictions wants to believe there’s a real chance these two teams don’t combine for 30 points.
This is the lowest over/under since the Patriots took on the Cincinnati Bengals all the way back in 1993.
The Patriots offense currently averages 12.3 points per game which is worst in the league. The Steelers aren’t much better, averaging only 16 points per game which is 28th in the NFL. The Steelers will start Mitch Trubisky at quarterback this week.
