According to NFL Network reporter Tom Pelissero, the Pittsburgh Steelers are expected to hire former Atlanta Falcons head coach Arthur Smith to be their new offensive coordinator. Smith interviewed with the team last week.
Smith struggled as head coach of the Falcons but going back to his time as the Tennessee Titans offensive coordinator, he turned that unit around and turned guys like quarterback Ryan Tannehill and running back Derrick Henry into MVP candidates.

The Steelers were forced to fire Matt Canada mid-season as the Steelers offense floundered. Pittsburgh turned things around when Eddie Faulkner and Mike Sullivan handled things on an interim basis. The addition of Smith should give the Steelers a fresh start with a talented offensive roster.
