The Pittsburgh Steelers announced a pair of roster moves on Monday. The Steelers have waived defensive lineman Calvin Taylor with an injury designation and signed guard Malcolm Pridgeon.

Pridgeon came into the NFL in 2019 as an undrafted free agent and spent the season with the Cleveland Browns after they signed him post a Houston Texans release. Pridgeon opted out of the 2020 season over COVID-19 worries and the Browns released him in February.

The Steelers guard position is currently in a state of flux with two new starters set to debut in the 2021 season.
