Steelers RB Najee Harris spent Thanksgiving with his head coach

Najee Harris didn’t have to bring a dish to Thanksgiving dinner with the Tomlin’s.

Thursday was Thanksgiving and a chance for the Pittsburgh Steelers players and coaches to spend some quality time with their families. Or if you are rookie running back Najee Harris, you got to hang out with your head coach.

Harris spoke to the media on Friday and said he ate Thanksgiving dinner with head coach Mike Tomlin and his family. Harris said it was nice to spend time with Tomlin and not talk about football.

With the Steelers practicing on Thursday, Harris wasn’t able to get back to the West Coast to spend the holiday with his family but Tomlin opened his doors up to the rookie and I suspect other players who couldn’t spend the holiday with family as well.
