On Wednesday, Pittsburgh Steelers running back Najee Harris went through a limited workout at practice after suffering a foot injury in Sunday’s win over the Cincinnati Bengals. But on Thursday Harris returned to a full practice and short of any setbacks looks like he’s ready to go against the New England Patriots this weekend.
Harris suffered the injury late in regulation last week and it was feared that he had aggrivated the Lisfranc injury he suffered during training camp. Harris assured everyone this was not the case and said on Wednesday he was fine and would be ready to play.
The Steelers rushing offense was shaky at best last week even when Harris was in the lineup. Harris was only able to muster 23 rushing yards on 10 carries behind a suspect Steelers offensive line. Will the struggles on the oline give the coaches pause to just throwing Harris back out there this weekend? Let us know in the comments if you want to see Harris with a full workload coming off of the injury.
