It looks like the bad luck the Baltimore Ravens are having is rubbing off on the Pittsburgh Steelers. The team announced on Friday they placed three players on the Reserve/COVID-19 list.
Defensive tackle Stephon Tuitt, defensive tackle Isaiah Buggs and offensive lineman Jerald Hawkins join guard Kevin Dotson on the list and their playing status for Tuesday’s game with the Ravens is now very much up in the air.
Between the Steelers and Ravens there are 16 players on the list heading into Tuesday. This is less than ideal for the Steelers in that it really depletes the offensive and defensive lines. Tuitt has been a start through 10 games this season and without him and Buggs, the Steelers are going to need to call someone up to bolster the defensive front.
The same goes for the offensive line. This will be the third straight game Dotson has missed while on the list but throwing Hawkins in there eliminates the last solid interior backup.
