After the game, Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin offered an injury update after the team’s 19-13 win over the Tennessee Titans. The Steelers went into the game as healthy as they have been in several weeks but the injury news isn’t great.

According to Tomlin, tight end Pat Freiermuth suffered a concussion and defensive tackle Chris Wormley suffered a groin injury. For Freiermuth, this is his second concussion in a month which could seriously impact how quickly he comes out of concussion protocol.

Another injury Tomlin didn’t talk about was the abdominal injury suffered by linebacker T.J. Watt late in the game. Watt returned, mainly because he’s one of the toughest guys in the league and knew he needed to be out there in the final moments but don’t be shocked if his name pops up on the injury report this week.
