The Pittsburgh Steelers are headed into Saturday’s game against the Baltimore Ravens with everything on the line. The Ravens, on the other hand, have nothing to play for other than helping boot the Steelers out of the playoffs.
This means there is a real possibility the Ravens will most of their stars including quarterback Lamar Jackson. A possibility Steelers defensive tackle Cam Heyward isn’t interested in entertaining and is going to plan for Jackson and the rest of the Ravens starters.
“You prep for starters,” Heyward said. “I’d rather be over-prepared than underprepared. You got a good team (we’re playing) and we’re expecting to see it.”
The Steelers cannot underestimate the Ravens under any circumstances. Pittsburgh is riding a two-game winning streak and the offense has new life. There’s a real opportunity to put all the nonsense of the first 2/3 of the season out of their minds with a win on Saturday.
