Steelers announce 2020 Hall of Honor Class

Here is the Steelers Hall of Honor nominees.

On Friday night, the Pittsburgh Steelers announced the five members of the 2020 Hall of Honor class. Here is your 2020 class.

LB James Farrior

LB Greg Lloyd

S Troy Polamalu

S Mike Wagner

DE Dwight White

A few things stand out about this class. It is the first Hall of Honor class to only include players. It is also an interesting twist that this class is made up of exclusively defensive players.

Here’s what Wagner had to say about the honor per Teresa Varley of the team’s official site.

‘I am very honored to have been selected to join a pretty wonderful group of Steelers players, administrators, scouts and ownership. I couldn’t imagine me being in it. I don’t know how I am qualified, but I am deeply honored.’
