Raul Neto
Neto was signed to a 1-year deal as an option to backup Ben Simmons, but he has not been all that impressive. He has been reliable from deep shooting it at 39.4%, but he has not been all that helpful on defense and he has been pushed out of the rotation with the addition of Burks.
There are other options for a backup point guard in free agency who will accept a cheap deal and still be an upgrade. Options like Goran Dragic or D.J. Augustin will be an instant upgrade over Neto and the team can move forward.
