Before looking at SportsbookWire staff’s Week 15 NFL picks, here are the against-the-spread (ATS) and Over/Under (O/U) leaders, according to Teamrankings.com.
The Denver Broncos (8-5 straight up) and Pittsburgh Steelers (10-3) are both 10-3 ATS, tied for best in the league.
The Detroit Lions (12-1) and LA Chargers (8-5) are right behind at 9-4 ATS each, while the Minnesota Vikings (11-2) and Washington Commanders (8-5) are 8-4-1 apiece.
The Tennessee Titans (3-10) are still the top team to fade — bet against. They fell to 2-11 ATS after a 10-6 home loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 14. The Titans were actually 3-point favorites in that one.
Four teams — the Cleveland Browns (3-10), Dallas Cowboys (5-8), New York Giants (2-11) and New York Jets (3-10) — are each 4-9 ATS.
The Kansas City Chiefs (12-1) are 5-8 ATS but haven’t covered the spread in 7 consecutive games. They play in Cleveland Sunday at 1 p.m. ET — BetMGM Sportsbook lists Kansas City as a 4-point favorite as of Thursday at 6:35 a.m. ET.
Meanwhile, the Carolina Panthers (3-10) have covered 5 games in a row. They are 6-7 ATS overall and favored for the first time since Week 15 of the 2022-23 season when they host the Cowboys Sunday at 1 p.m. ET. BetMGM Sportsbook has Carolina as a 3-point favorite vs. Dallas.
The Baltimore Ravens (8-5), who just enjoyed their bye week, feature the best Over record at 10-3. The Cincinnati Bengals (5-8), Commanders and Panthers are each 9-4 O/U.
The Houston Texans (8-5), Chargers and Giants are tied for the league’s best Under record at 4-9 apiece.
With 4 weeks left in the season, there are no more byes.
