Spencer Rattler is already making history at Oklahoma.
The freshman QB has now thrown eight touchdowns in the first two games of the 2020 season, breaking Sam Bradford’s record set in 2008.
Bradford would eventually go on to win the Heisman trophy, and Rattler is attempting to put together a run himself.
The former five-star went 14-for-17 for 290 yards and four touchdowns in the first game, all in just the first half.
Rattler threw bombs of over 50 yards to Charleston Rambo and Marvin Mims for the second and third touchdowns against MSU, and has found the end zone four more times through the air against Kansas State.
Per the FOX broadcast, Spencer Rattler's 8 TD passes through two games is the most since Sam Bradford in 2008. #Sooners
