While Spencer Dinwiddie continues to conduct his business on the court, the Brooklyn Nets point guard is also maintaining the rest of his portfolio off the court. He has another signature shoe — the Mark II — set to come out on Saturday, February 8.
But, as is the usual case with Dinwiddie, there is more to this news than the release of a new pair of sneakers.
Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports is reporting the Nets guard will donate all of the net proceeds from the first nine days of sales of the Mark II to the MambaOnThree Fund in honor of Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna, who both passed away in a helicopter crash on January 26.
