Sooners offer highly coveted 2024 Athlete Joseph Stone Jr. out of Georgia

The Oklahoma Sooners extended an offer to 2024 recruit Joseph Stone out of Loganville, Georgia.

The Oklahoma Sooners’ pursuit of recruiting pipelines in the Southeast has yet to slow down and it’s safe to say it won’t anytime soon. Brent Venables and his staff have made it a priority, so it’s no surprise that the latest offer from the Sooners goes to another talented prospect from the southeast.

Oklahoma offered Joseph Stone Jr, an elite athlete out of Loganville, Georgia. He plays for one of the best public schools in the state of Georgia at Grayson High School. Grayson has produced quite a few high major prospects over the last few years so it’s no surprise another one is on its way.

Stone is a 2024 prospect so his recruitment is far from over and is going to pick up steam over the summer as he heads into his junior year.

As he’s from Georgia, the reigning national champions and in-state powerhouse will be a major factor in this recruiting battle as well. He also holds offers from Michigan, Notre Dame, Tennessee, and Oregon.

Stone is listed as an athlete but it looks likely he’ll settle on the offensive side of the ball, which is where he plays for his 7-on-7 team.

This race is just getting started but the Sooners have inserted themselves right into the thick of it.
