Sony’s Days of Play Sale 2023 discounts some of the best PS5 games

The 2023 PlayStation Days of Play sale is live now, with discounts on some of the best PS5 games and even PS Plus subscriptions

The 2023 PlayStation Days of Play sale is live now, with discounts on some of the best PS5 games and even PS Plus subscriptions. The annual summer sale runs through June 13, 2023, and also extends to merchandise and a handful of games on Sony’s PlayStation Direct website.

Headlining the sale are Sony’s premium games, including God of War: Ragnarok and The Last of Us Part 1, both down to $48.69 from their usual $69.99. Horizon Forbidden West and Gran Turismo 7 are discounted from $59.99 to $38.89, though you can save $10 on Forbidden West by getting the PS4 version and downloading the free digital upgrade.

Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut is down to $29.39, as is Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart, and you can grab Marvel’s Spider-Man Miles Morales ultimate edition for $38.39, which includes Spider-Man Remastered. If you need to catch up before Spider-Man 2, now’s the time to do it.

Several third-party games had their prices docked as well. Red Dead Redemption 2 is down to its usual sale price of $19.79, while Sonic Frontiers is going for $35.99, and Forspoken is on sale for $34.99. Lego Star Wars The Skywalker Saga is going for $23.99, and Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice and No Man’s Sky are down to $29.99 each. No Man’s Sky also includes a hefty amount of free updates and expansions added to the game over the past few years.

If you’re keen on joining Sony’s PS Plus subscription service, you can get a 25 percent discount on any 12-month plan – Essential, Extra, or Premium. It has to be the 12-month plan, though. The discount isn’t available for the monthly or three-month options.

While some retailers are offering sales on PS4 and PS5 games, it looks like PlayStation’s PC catalogue isn’t joining in the discounts. They remain the usual prices on Steam.

You can check out the full list of discounts across every category on the PlayStation Network website.
