Social media reacts to UNC football’s loss at Clemson

Here is how social media reacted to the UNC football program’s loss to Clemson on Saturday night in Death Valley.

The UNC football program fell to 8-3 on the season as they began the stretch of two road games to close out the year. After what looked like a promising start to the game where they took a 7-0 lead, UNC fumbled inside the two-yard line and instead of a 14-0 game, Clemson made them pay and tied the game on the next drive.

From there, it was pretty much all Tigers.

Clemson scored 21 unanswered points to grab the lead and hold control of it for the rest of the way. UNC did get to within 7 at 21-14 but penalties and more mistakes doomed them.

It’s another tough loss for Mack Brown’s team as they were ranked No. 20 going into the game and will likely be out of the next College Football Playoff rankings.

From here, UNC goes to Raleigh to face off against NC State next Saturday night looking to end the season on a strong note.

Let’s look at how social media reacted to this loss for the Tar Heels.
