The 2024 Shriners Children’s College Baseball Showdown has concluded.
Tennessee is the season opening tournament champion. The Vols went 2-1 in three games to open its 2024 season at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas, home of Major League Baseball’s Texas Rangers.
Tennessee defeated Texas Tech, 6-2, on opening day Friday.
Oklahoma was victorious against the Vols, 5-1 in ten innings, on Saturday. Tennessee concluded play in the Shriners Children’s College Baseball Showdown, defeating Baylor 11-5 on Sunday.
