Cornerback [autotag]Daequan Hardy[/autotag] ran a 4.39 in the combine’s most high-profile scouting event on Friday, once again leaving many to wonder just what is in the water in Happy Valley that is turning these football players into combine stalwarts.
Hardy’s performance at the combine was boosted by a terrific showing at the vertical jump. Hardy may be considered undersized by NFL cornerback standards, but his speed and athleticism proved he belongs on the field at the next level in some capacity.
