One of the Wolverines’ top targets in the 2025 class, Washington (D.C.) Gonzaga four-star safety Kainoa Winston, canceled his planned official visits to Oregon and North Carolina and committed to the maize and blue on Friday afternoon. Winston officially visited Ann Arbor last weekend.
Rated the No. 43 prospect in the country, regardless of position, according to 247Sports, Winston is the highest-rated pledge the Wolverines have gotten since Will Johnson joined the maize and blue in the 2022 recruiting class.
