The Philadelphia 76ers will continue their road trip on Saturday when they take on the defending champion Denver Nuggets in a prime time matchup short-handed. They already knew they would be down key pieces De’Anthony Melton and Robert Covington, but Philadelphia will also be down two of their stars.
Tyrese Maxey (left ankle sprain) and Tobias Harris (illness) will not play against the Nuggets on Saturday. Joel Embiid is all good to play, but without Maxey and Harris, it will certainly be an uphill climb to beat the defending champs on the road.
Mo Bamba (right knee inflammation) is also out for Philadelphia.
Tyrese Maxey (ankle), Tobias Harris (illness) and Mo Bamba (knee) will miss today’s game vs. the Denver Nuggets.

With Maxey out, the Sixers will likely continue to turn to Patrick Beverley to run the offense and provide a little bit of everything. With Harris out, Philadelphia will need Kelly Oubre Jr. and Nic Batum to give more next to Embiid.
Tip off from Ball Arena is set for 5:30 p.m. EST.
