The Philadelphia 76ers have had a terrific season led by their star duo of Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons. Their work on either end of the floor has helped the Sixers earn the No. 1 seed in the East for the first time since the Allen Iverson days in 2001.
Embiid and Simmons missed out on the individual awards, such as MVP for Embiid and Defensive Player of the Year for Simmons, but both players made an All-Defensive Team.
Now, they are both being named to an All-NBA Team as Embiid has been named to the Second Team with Damian Lillard, Chris Paul, Julius Randle, and LeBron James.

Embiid averaged 28.6 points and 10.5 rebounds and he was absolutely terrific all season long. He continued to throw the Sixers on his back and he did a helluva job as the leader of this team.
As for Simmons, it’s disappointing to see him miss out on an All-NBA Team, but he was not able to meet the qualifications to make the team.
