With the NBA continuing their suspension due to COVID-19, life does move on off the court. Time continues to move forward and for Philadelphia 76ers superstar Joel Embiid, he has to celebrate a birthday.
The big man took to Twitter on Monday to celebrate turning 26 as he posted a picture of him with a crazy hairstyle and a tweet saying that he’s getting old. Clearly, the continued days without basketball, and sports in general, is killing the big man.
He also added that he wishes his birthday came under different circumstances. The whole world wishes that the circumstances right now are much different.

The All-Star just recently returned from a left shoulder sprain against the Detroit Pistons on Wednesday and poured in 30 points in his return. However, the NBA world as we know it ended with the suspension of the league thanks to a Utah Jazz player testing positive for coronavirus.
