The Philadelphia 76ers seem to have found themselves a steal in the 2020 NBA draft with the selection of Tyrese Maxey at 21. Obviously, nobody truly knows what Maxey can do on the floor just yet, but it was a surprise to see him fall all the way to 21.
Maxey is the type of player the team has been missing as he can put the ball on the floor, play either position, and he can finish around the basket. He also has the maniacal, insane work ethic that will allow him to continue to develop.
As training camp continues to inch closer, Maxey took to Instagram to relive the moment his name was called. He also showed off the new team colors with the draft hat he had on.
