While the Philadelphia 76er continue to figure out their zone issue, the team’s G League affiliate, the Delaware Blue Coats continued the G League Showcase in Las Vegas.
Delaware fell to the Stockton Kings to begin the Showcase and they were looking to bounce back, but they could not get it done on Saturday as they fell to the Maine Red Claws 128-125. In the process, they received a big game from the rookie once again.
Philadelphia’s second-round rookie Marial Shayok had 25 points, eight rebounds, and five assists for Delaware as he was able to once again show off his scoring chops. He finished 9-for-16 from the floor and he did a great job of taking advantage of his spots.
