The Philadelphia 76ers are 9-0 at home to begin the season and 14-6 overall and their fans have been their normal passionate selves as the season continues on. The fan base is as passionate as they come and it makes it tough to go into Wells Fargo Center and beat the Sixers on any given night.
The Indiana Pacers were the latest team to figure this out when they fell to the Sixers in Philadelphia 119-116. Ben Simmons led a big defensive effort late as he recorded three of his four steals late to lift the Sixers to a win and close it out as the fans in Philadelphia roared with passion.
Coach Brett Brown praised Sixers fans earlier as he acknowledged what they bring to the team and Simmons echoed that thought:
We have the best fans in the NBA and that’s not being biased or anything. You go anywhere else, it’s no atmosphere like it so we want to give everything we have to our city. It’s a big responsibility, that’s what I believe.

The Sixers will have more home games coming up as eight of their next 11 games are at home. It will give them the opportunity to get some more wins in front of their fan base. [lawrence-related id=20339,20330,20321]
