Boban Marjanovic’s stay with the Philadelphia 76ers was not long. It lasted just half a season as he came over from the Los Angeles Clippers along with best friend Tobias Harris, but his impact on the Sixers and their fans was made over the 22 games.
Heplayed in Philadelphia as he became a fan favorite rather quickly. He averaged 8.2 points and 5.1 rebounds with the Sixers and he even played a role for them in the playoffs.
On Friday night, he made his first trip back to the City of Brotherly Love with the Dallas Mavericks and the fans greeted the loveable giant with a big standing ovation.

Fans were upset when Marjanovic left for Dallas as it broke up the amazing “Tobi and Bobi” friendship, but the two maintain a strong bond despite Harris remaining in Philadelphia and Mrajanovic leaving. For one night at least, they got back together for a night in Philly.
