Sixers championship odds set at +2000 as NBA gets set to resume season

The odds are set for the Philadelphia 76ers and their title runs.

The NBA has been on hold since March 11 due to the global coronavirus pandemic, but it appears that they will return on July 31. The league now has a plan and it appears that the Board of Governors will vote on and approve of it on Thursday.

This means that championship odds are back out! The Philadelphia 76ers are currently tied for the fifth most odds at winning the 2020 NBA title with the defending champion Toronto Raptors. The Los Angeles Lakers, the Milwaukee Bucks, and the Los Angeles Clippers currently have the top three odds at winning the title this season.

Philadelphia will now have to get back to work soon and prepare themselves for a run at the championship that they so desperately crave. The good thing going for them is that Ben Simmons is now completely healed from his back injury and Joel Embiid is now healthy after his shoulder injury. This is all good news for the Sixers moving forward and that should make them a dangerous threat come playoff time. [lawrence-related id=32560,32553,32545]
