The summertime is for family fun and for enjoying the warm weather. That means time at the pool or the beach or wherever there is water, and it is every parent’s worst nightmare to see their child fall in.
That was the case on Thursday for Philadelphia 76ers big man Andre Drummond who saw his 2-year old son accidentally fall into the family pool. The little boy was just sitting on the edge enjoying the water before falling in.
Drummond acted quickly and he jumped into the pool — socks, shoes and all — to save his son from drowning. The video was caught on a surveillance camera.

Drummond was right to act quickly in this situation and it goes to show how caring of a father he is in that situation to make sure his son was safe. The two-time All-Star is quick to catch rebounds off the glass and he also shows how quick he is to save lives.
